Vulvar disease in prepubertal girls has not been widely covered in the literature, with most studies focusing on infectious vulvovaginitis. The range of conditions seen by the dermatologist, however, covers vulvar skin diseases, which for the most part are not infectious. The aim of this study was to perform a clinical audit of prepubertal girls presenting to the dermatologist with a vulvar complaint over a 3-year period to define the range of vulvar skin disease in the prepubertal group.
